"A reminder that The OneClay Digital Classroom Initiative begins today. This initiative helps you to engage in your child's education by providing one place to access your child's grades, assignments, and digital resources. The Digital Classroom Initiative empowers our students with three new and exciting ways to manage their learning: the OneClay Student Portal, the Focus Student Portal, and Google Apps for Education. If you have a child in grades 3-12, then their Google Apps for Education account is active today, unless you chose to opt out. For more information about this initiative, including how to access your child’s accounts, please visit our website at www.oneclay.net.”
The School Board of Clay County is proud and excited to be launching our Digital Classroom Initiative, which includes the implementation of “Google Apps for Education.” Your student’s teachers will be using Google Apps for lessons, assignments, and communication. On October 26th, all students in grades 3-12 will have Google accounts that are managed by the School District of Clay County allowing students to create, collaborate, and store their work in a secure online environment that is available from any internet connected device 24/7. For more information about Google Apps for Education, please visit the Parent page of our website at oneclay.net.
